Days : 20
Grade : Hard
Max. Elevation: 5150 m
Season : March/April and October/November

Manaslu was opened to trekking in 1991 and has gained the reputation as one of Nepal’s most challenging treks. Although the Larkya La pass, (5150 m), is not considered technically difficult, the route involves a substantial amount of ascending and descending. The circumnavigation of the peak offers a spectacular and culturally fascinating view of the Himalayan Kingdom and it’s hidden treasures.

Thank you to everyone at Equator for a great trip on Sun Kosi, especially to Arun and the rest of the team on the river who all worked very hard providing us with great support and wonderful food. We all had a fantastic trip and hope to come back to paddle more rivers and see more of Nepal in the future. It was also nice to meet you.
